Camp Director
 Michael Lo Sapio is in his 12h year of teaching and coaching at Salesianum School in Wilmington, DE. Originally from Morristown, NJ, Michael attended La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Michael ran Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track. He was a conference champion 3 times, All-East 4 times, IC4A 3rd place finisher and most notably 12th in the US in the 1,000 meters.
Michael is a USATF Levil I certified coach. He has coached 5 athletes to All-American status: The 2005 school and State record holding 4x800 meter relay team, and also the Nike Indoor Nationals 4th place finisher in the mile, and Penn Relays Mile Champion. His XC teams have won 8 of the last 10 Cross Country State Championships, the 2011 and 2012 Outdoor Track State Championships and the 2012 Indoor State Championships.
Michael lives in the city of Wilmington with his wife Ashley, a Psychologist, his sons Mikey and Reid and their dogs Butus and Layla, a therapy dog! As a runner, Michael runs for New Balance, Team Delaware.
